Take back the streets! Cape’s Bonteheuwel gets new safety team

A group of officers will be operating 24 hours a day in Bonteheuwel, Cape Town, as they deal with by-law transgressions, as well as assisting Metro Police and South Africa Police Service with crime prevention duties. At least 44 murders have been reported in the area since January 2019.
